Spoilers and story details - Case File 01 v4 names the waking Apostate Engine as the cause of the Menagerie’s ruin. - The source notes identify the escaped service drone as Seven. The Inspector follows its lifeboat toward IslandLab but does not yet know who escaped. This is a connection within the film, not a claim that every project shares a single history.
