## At a glance

- Fast wings and small splash bursts. Closely packed patrols are your opportunity. In this notebook its specialty is bursting rounds. All twelve aircraft are available from the hangar; the selection is a playful comparison of handling, not a reconstruction of historical opposing forces.

- Real aircraft design · fictional arcade handling and matchups.

## Dated changes

- 2026-10-30: Added from the named source to the Field Guide.

## Open questions

- Why is the Corsair’s wing bent? The inverted gull wing gave the large propeller clearance while allowing relatively short landing gear. The unusual outline answers a practical engineering problem.
