## At a glance

- Mountain Fold narrows the visual horizon and combines crossfire with an opposing draft. The Mountain Fold ace closes the upper lane. This is an imaginary Alpine page; the adjacent Gothic Line history belongs to the Apennines, a different mountain system.

- Real campaign context · fictional sortie and illustrative map, not a geographic reconstruction.

## Dated changes

- 2026-10-30: Added from the named source to the Field Guide.

## Open questions

- Does the game’s Alpine drawing show the Gothic Line? No. The Gothic Line was in the Apennines. The page borrows wider Italian-campaign context and must not be read as a geographic reconstruction.
