Why this belongs in Field Notes
Some notes are full build logs. Others are seed crystals: compact phrases that point toward a world, a scene, or a possible future project. This one preserves the phrase and the image together because the pairing does the work.
The useful part is the compression. A single line gives the image a direction: late-night movement, law-and-myth energy, and a little bit of pulp transit drama. It is a small artifact, but a reusable one.
