Drafted puts you in the room where it happened. You play the Committee of Five — Jefferson, Franklin, Adams, Sherman, and Livingston — and cast the deciding vote on five passages from the real Declaration of Independence. Every word on screen is the actual historical text. Every vote you make shifts the 13-colony scoreboard in real time, with historically grounded reasons for each colony gained or lost. Three distinct AI voices carry the experience from start to finish: one narrator sets each scene, one reads the contested Declaration text aloud, and the committee reacts live to every choice you make.
How the AI works
Scene narration — Josh (ElevenLabs) reads a historical context paragraph before each passage loads, grounding you in the real political moment
Declaration reading — Adam (ElevenLabs) reads the actual contested text from Jefferson’s draft, word for word, before you vote
Committee reaction — Claude (claude-sonnet-4-6) streams a two-sentence reaction from all five committee members, grounded in their documented personalities and positions; Daniel (ElevenLabs) then voices it aloud
Colony scoreboard — 13 colony dots pulse and shift after each vote, each with a specific historically grounded reason (e.g. “South Carolina — rice planters fear economic retaliation”)
How to play

Read the contested phrase and vote: keep Jefferson’s original or accept the committee’s revision
