Field Guide / Character
Seven
CharacterFictionalEstablished
Seven is a small tracked robot with a screen face. He explores, carves pumpkins, and brings a cutting torch to Shackled Prison.

Visual notes
- The later FW-7 model is the main design reference. The Island V3 hover robot and Island V4 tracked robot show the design leading up to it.
- Tools and paint change with the project. Keep the screen face, compact body, and recognizable track silhouette.
Variants
- Island V3: hover-robot predecessor
- A blue hovering Explorer Robot with round eye lenses and a backpack. This is a design predecessor, not a claim that every island build is one character’s continuous story. IslandLab
- Island V4 / V4.1: tracks and a screen face
- The Explorer Robot gains tracks, a teal screen head, cream shell, magenta shoulders, and yellow joints. V4 and V4.1 use identical model bytes. IslandLab
- FIELDWORK / FW-7
- The engine-block torso, expressive brows, and broad tracks form the later Seven. FIELDWORK, Island V5, Starlight Menagerie, and Carve Night share the same character model. Their behavior, equipment, and scene scale differ.
- Replacement: the army repaint
- Replacement gives Seven olive-drab paint, a helmet, and military kit. Its existing comparison render shows the explorer, army, and later worn versions.
- Shackled Prison: the cutting arm
- The game rebuilds the FIELDWORK robot with a right-forearm cutting torch, rougher surfaces, and cutting animations. Shackled Prison
- Proposed attractor reference
- A new generated sheet draws the recurring design details together. It is a visual target for review, separate from the renders and gameplay captures of earlier versions.

Dated changes
Added from the named source to the Field Guide.
Removed Rosie’s board and numeric-name matches. Added reviewed appearances and renders of the actual model generations.
Open questions
- The early Explorer Robot models are shown as design predecessors. Their shared construction does not establish one continuous in-world biography.

Spoilers and story details
- In the supplied Case File 01 v4 notes, Seven is the service drone whose tread marks lead to the missing lifeboat. He escaped toward the island. The Inspector is following the trace but does not yet know Seven’s identity. This connection belongs to that film’s continuity.
